Luma Chinese is a picture-book Chinese learning app for families. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the app and related services.

We may collect account information needed for Sign in with Apple, reading progress, subscription entitlement status, app settings, and basic diagnostic information needed to operate and improve the service.

Sign in with Apple

If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide us with a unique identifier and, depending on your choice, your email address or a private relay email address. We use this information to create and manage your app account.

Reading Progress and App Data

We store reading progress and related learning activity so the app can resume stories, show completed books, and support core reading features. We do not sell this information.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple. We receive subscription entitlement information needed to unlock Premium content, but we do not receive your full payment card details.

Photos

If you choose to save an achievement image, the app may request permission to add the image to your photo library. The image is generated on your device and is saved only when you choose to save it.

Children and Families

Luma Chinese is designed for family reading. Parents or guardians should supervise children’s use of the app and account features.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the app, maintain accounts, sync reading progress, manage subscriptions, improve stability, and respond to support requests.

Data Sharing
