These Terms of Use govern your use of Luma Chinese, a picture-book Chinese learning app for families. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

You may use Luma Chinese for personal and family learning. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with the service, or attempt to access features or content without authorization.

Accounts

The app may use Sign in with Apple to create and manage your account. You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple ID and device secure.

Subscriptions

Luma Chinese may offer auto-renewable subscriptions for Premium content. Purchases are processed through Apple. Subscription pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed through your Apple ID and App Store account settings.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Free and Premium Content

Some stories may be available for free, while others may require an active Premium subscription. We may update, add, or remove content from time to time.

Intellectual Property

The app, stories, artwork, audio, design, and related materials are owned by Luma Chinese or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or modify the content except as allowed by the app’s normal features.

Generated Share Images

The app may allow you to generate and save reading achievement images. These images are intended for personal sharing and should not be used in a misleading or commercial way.

Disclaimer

Luma Chinese is provided as a learning and reading aid. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
